The Joint Communiqué on establishment of diplomatic relations on behalf of the Republic of Belarus was signed by His Excellency Sergei Aleinik, Deputy Foreign Minister of the Republic of Belarus, and on behalf of the Republic of Togo by His Excellency Kodjo Menan, Permanent Representative of the Republic of Togo to the United Nations.
