The candidate Alexander G. Lukashenko, who received 5,130,557 votes, representing 79.65 per cent of the citizens of the Republic of Belarus, who took part in voting, was elected the President of the Republic of Belarus.

Elections will be held on December 19, 2010 Voting is conducted from 8 am to 8 pm.

Citizens of the Republic of Belarus, who will not be able to come to the electoral precincts on election day can vote early in the period from 14 to 18 December 2010 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.
